For this job, the homeowner had plumbing roughed in along a wall in the garage. She likes painting and gardening and wanted a wash basin, storage, and a counter top to work on. The counter overhang is calculated in to house a plastic storage container in that space. I know she has been enjoying the space since it was setup. 🙂

This homeowner was looking for some extra storage for some "smaller" boxes but didn't want the street to see them all every time the garage was open. In addition, they wanted to make sure their car and their golf cart would fit. This solution offers easy access to stored goods while being simple and "out of the way". 🙂
